I'm back.

IT WAS FANTASTIC. We had such a great, relaxing time. The weather was great. The flights were great. It was everything I needed and more.
I didn't smuggle my mom's scale. I did weigh myself on Tuesday morning to get an idea of what this vacation did to my progress. My one splurge for the week was frozen yogurt. I had peanut butter, banana and a little squirt of chocolate froyo. I put some almond sliver and walnuts on it and a little spoon full of mini chocolate chips. It was a wonderful little treat.
Oh so yea...I weighed myself...down 2lbs.
After a day of traveling I decided to weigh myself on the scale at home, since I had written down my weight before I left. My scale at home is showing about 3.5lbs down since last Tuesday. We shall see at my weigh in tomorrow.
I am very pleased with the fact that I easily stayed on protocol, I was happy, I had a great time and I didn't feel deprived.
Now to plan the next vacation!!
