My Fitness Pal

So I started using myfitnesspal.com. I joined the gym at work just before the summer schedule started and hired a personal trainer. She showed me two great routines that I have been able to do on my own at home now that I am away from 630 to 7 every day.
I started training for my 5k goal.

Since Mothers Day I have lost 5lbs.

In the last week, I have strained my wrist, busted my knee and this weekend I sprained my ankle.

I am trying not to let it get me down.

Just checking in. More on the Couch to 5k when I am up and running again.
