Holding Steady

So I decided that my goal is to hold steady through the holidays and either lose or not gain any weight.  If I can make it to January 11th and be 45lbd down I will be happy.  My goal is still 52lbs but if it takes 55 or 62 weeks then that is what it takes.  I am proud of my accomplishment and will meet my goal when I can...this self imposed pressure is only making things worse.  I want to enjoy a christmas cookie or lasagna on Christmas day because someday I am not going to be on Ideal Protein and the diet I follow will be bases on my decisions and moderation.

Keep following...I am still trying to lose 3 more by Christmas!!!
