Pat on the Back #1

I have been 100% all day.  There was rice on my plate at dinner but I tried to make sure I didn't get any and I only had the meat.  I made an additional veggie side for myself so that I wasn't tempted to eat the rice if I was still hungry after eating the meat...
And in my evening weigh in after work (at home, not official) I was .2lbs lighter than I was this morning.  So that means I did well today!!
Now....if I could just keep the one day streak going!!
