Back at It

Gained 5lbs over the holidays.
Down 4 as of today.
Currently craving Fritos.   And I am tired but mostly because I have been up late and not sleeping well.  Not exercising....running is still an issue.

This week has been the hardest restart week since the beginning.   I really fell hard off the wagon this time.  BUT I know this is proven to work and it just takes time.  It is only Thursday and I had an almost 2lb drop from yesterday after a few days of small parts of pounds. 

If I can stick to this momentum, I will meet my goal by Valentine's Day.
