I really want to lose 4lbs...
If you're keeping track of my progress of how much weight I've lost since last year, I'm 4lbs away from 50lbs lost. I was as close as 49lbs lost a few months ago and then the summer hours started. I'm really annoyed. FOUR pounds! That's all. And I'd like to do that 3 times. But first, 4lbs to reach my goal of 50lbs.
I am still in a lot of pain. I have been trying to make smart decisions about what I eat while trying to recover but I will admit that I have done some dumb things this week--like french fries--wait...not just french fries but waffle fries. I love waffle fries.
And there might have been a little dish of Ben & Jerry's Frozen yogurt...
All in the name of feeling better.
Anyway, like I said, I've been trying to stay focused on getting better and eating better. It's annoying--this whole not being able to move, bend, stretch, sit, stand and walk the way I'd like to...and I am really struggling with not being able to put my daughter to bed--because I can't lower her into the crib and kiss her good night like I usually do and because I can't even hold her for very long, which makes our nightly routine of reading and singing songs very difficult and therefore not possible.
I'm hoping she hasn't noticed.
So...yea. 4lbs. I would like to lose 4lbs by the end of August.
