It's Amazing...

So I have been 100% OP since Monday morning.
(Sunday I was about 98%--I think I ate a sweet potato tortilla chip (YUM))

I weighed myself on Monday morning.
I weighed in on Monday night.

Funny thing--people kept telling me to stop weighing myself twice a day--I GAINED weight when I did that!! And I know that getting on the scale doesn't make me gain or lose weight but it does help me control what I eat.  If the number goes down it is motivating to keep going.  If it goes up then I take a look at what I did differently.

Anyway...last night at my post-work weigh in at home (home and official scale are pretty close), I was down 4lbs.

And this morning, in comparison to Monday morning, I'm down 3lbs.

But most importantly...I feeeeel soooo much betterrrrrr!!

Seriously!

I don't feel as bloated.
I don't feel as tired (and that's amazing!)
I haven't felt as stressed.
My mood as been better.

I haven't stepped on the treadmill in a week.  I like exercising but I have been able to come home and start dinner or play with the baby (if she's up).  SHe has been going to be earlier so I have time to make my lunch for the next day and do some chores around the house. 

It is amazing how easy it has been to take the sugar and crap out of my diet and how quickly my body readjusted.

Six more weeks of 4/10s.
