Weigh In: Week 25

So yea, that .6lbs turned into 2lb by the time I got to weigh in...Actually, it turned into 3lbs on Monday and I'm not sure how since I had done that awesome run on Sunday and was following the diet since I came home from vacation...

Anyway, I spent the week on the diet, trying to shave off the weight but the 5 hours of sleep a night didn't help my stress levels and I was too tired to do a full run all week...aside from it being my favorite time of the month. (Note:  sarcasm).  And the "smooth move" tea wasn't moving anything...

So here's the plan.  My birthday is Monday.  I'm staying on protocol this weekend with the exception of birthday celebrations.

And on Tuesday, my first day of 34, I will be back and ready to attack at the official 6 month/26 week mark.

My goal for next week's weigh in is to have lost the 2lbs I gained and get back on track for the last 12lb-15lb.
