Weigh In: Week 27
OK. SO I'm now a Monday weigh in girl...
I weighed in yesterday, tired, constipated and depressed.
Gain of 2.5lbs for a total of 5.5lbs since starting my summer schedule. HOWEVER, after reviewing my results and analyzing the data from the beginning of May when I was down 36lbs, I am smaller and my percent body fat is less. So, while I did gain, the total gain isn't distributed the same way. And there is no way that it could be--I have been running 3 times a week for 2 months.
I have decided to take a break from running. I am going to refocus on my weight loss goals and maybe try to get a run in once a week and just stick to walking for the next few weeks so that I don't lose everything I've worked for in the last 2 months.
I am giving myself until Labor day to get to my goal. That's 5 weeks to lose approximately 12lbs. I know that sounds INSANE but I was averaging between 10-14lbs a month when I was dedicated to the diet so I think it is doable.
I am going to start training in September when this 4/10 schedule is over. (Unless I can't make it that long without running!!)
