Love it or List it
I set my alarm for 4:45. I laid out my exercise clothes before getting into bed. The alarm went off and I hit snooze. I went to bed too late.
I went to work and got home and sat down my my daughter (age 3) and talked to her about her day and her doctor appointment that my husband had just taken her to. I was too cold. I was too tired.
I ate well today. I will eat well tonight. Blah.
Then I trudged upstairs, put on my work out pants, looked at how big my butt has gotten and decided that there was no way I was going to put up with that fat butt anymore.
Thirty minutes later, I emerged from the basement with a box of Bubba Burgers, still listening to/watching "Love It or List It" on my iPad. Sure, I could use a playlist but why not use my time wisely and watch my guilty pleasure show while exercising.
As I cooked, I listened to Hilary and David go back and forth about how the couple was going to LOVE the house....no no, LIST the house.
But I digress...I made hamburgers and served them in Chia Wraps. 12 carbs. There might be fiber which would lower that even more.
SO in the end, today wasn't a total bust. I eventually got my exercise in, my family fed and I'm still awake to write about it.
We shall see what tomorrow brings. Dear God, help me if I didn't lose any weight!!
