How Many Pounds?
So we're going to play a little game.
Look at the picture below and guess how many pounds I lost in the month of March.
I am wearing the same pants and different shirts but my hips, butt and legs are smaller and my waist changed too.
Keep in mind that it's a month...people usually lose an average of 1lb - 2lbs per month.

Did you guess 3lbs? 5lbs? 7lbs?
What if I told you that I lost 1.4lbs this month.
Like a normal person I've been pretty ticked about the scale. And I'm so glad I took these pictures.
My weight distribution changed!!!
I gained 1.5lbs of muscle and lost 2.9lbs of fat.
So there you go! Don't judge how you feel about yourself by what the scale tells you. It doesn't see everything!!
