Broken

My sacrum fell off.
It twisted.
It popped.
It's not right and I'm totally bummed.

I've been stretching and pelvic tilting and bridging and stretching and core activating and applying everything I know from 3 years of physical therapy to make it right again.

So I'm walking for a few days.

Yay.

But I did realize that I don't have to start 10k training until July.  Phew.
