Day 2 of Couch to 5k (You're So Vain...)

I did it!  Day 2!  Woohooo!

Ok ok I know...that doesn't look like a "woohoo!".  That was taken right after I finished...

So I went outside to cool off.

And this picture just freaks me out.  Where is my fat chin?  Now, there is a method to all of the "self portrait" madness...one can erase double chins with the correct angle but...um...yea.  Anyway...having a "vain" moment...

It felt really good to run.  I can't believe I said that.  I kept it at a 3.5mph for my walks...and stepped from a 4.5 to 5 and back for my runs...I maintained 4.7 for most of my runs...which is pretty much outstanding considering that I don't even think I could run at a 4.5 for more than a minute when I had been training for a few months last  year.  Yay for being 40lbs lighter!  Yay for fewer chins!  Yay for feeling like my 7 years of weightloss bad luck has finally ended.
