Weigh In: Week 16

So, it wasn't a record breaking week but then again, I knew it wouldn't be.  I had a feeling going in that I had a gain.  I also have had to drink my senna tea the last few days and the tea I had last night still hasn't kicked in, if you know what I mean...So I had 96oz of water in me (I usually don't drink that much on weigh in day until AFTER weigh in), I didn't take my sweater off (normally I wear a tshirt/tank and jeans) and I didn't stop home to empty my bladder before going...although I didn't feel like I had to go...

I did an abs class at the end of the day...that was fun.  10 minutes (because I was the only one in the class and the instructor for the class knew I needed to leave) and it was just enough to get my blood flowing and feeling better.

Oh, you want to know if I gained?

/sigh.  .5lb loss.  So now I'm officially at 36lbs down.  My coach rounds a little and last week we rounded a little...up to 36...now I'm like 36.2.  Yah know what?  I'll take it.  Because as of Tuesday I thought for sure I was going to have a gain.

And I'm down an inch in my hips and.25" in my waist and thighs each.  Muscle is up and % body fat is down.  I'd say, for a week of feeling like a failure, I did pretty well.

Time to refocus for next week.
