Weigh In: Week 19
Well this week was going so well. I was exercising and figured out what I was doing wrong on the program with some of the snacks and I was down at least 2lbs...until the morning of weigh in. I don't know what I did wrong fro Wednesday to Thursday but I gained 2lbs.
Total Loss this week: 0 Total gain .5lbs
BOO.
BUT, here are the numbers because I did lose in my chest and waist.
Chest: down 4.50"
Waist: down 9.50"
Hips: down 5.25"
Left Thigh: down 4.75"
Left Arm: down 1.75
Body Fat: down 8.6%
BMI: down to 27%
Annnnd I do have a bad cold...which turned into some very evil last night and I had to go to the ER to get checked out. My body did not respond well to the cold medicine.
So...feeling a little better now....but taking it easy...and eating toast and things that aren't on the diet but I need to load my stomach up with some things that will absorb the nastiness.
time for a nap.
