Weigh In: Week 5
Well. I gained one pound. I actually said "what? How is that possible? "
BUT my BMI, body fat, hips, arms and thighs are all down. Belly is up a little but thr truth is...I am full of crap, literally!!!!
So I will truck on...sigh.

Chest: 3"
Waist: 5"
Hips: 2.5"
Thigh: 3"
Arm: .75

I think. I didn't do a good job at looking at my numbers because I was blinded by my gain. Ugh. I just have to keep telling myself that it's not a real gain!!! It was a loss!
