I lost 4.8lbs this week and 1" in my waist,  .5" in my hips and thighs.  Here are the totals.

Totals: 20.2lbs
Chest: 2.75"
Waist: 5.75"
Hips: 3.75"
Thigh: 3.5"
Arm: 1.75" 
Body Fat: 4%
BMI: down 3.4%
