Weigh In: Week 7

Well I got my one pound...gained.

But I lost another inch in my waist so I guess that's ok.

19lbs lost.

That's all I feel like saying.

Update:  It is now March 1st...and now that I've gotten over myself, here are my week 7 results.


Totals: 19.2lbs
Chest: 2.75"
Waist: 6.75"
Hips: 3.75"
Thigh: 3.5"
Arm: 1.75" 
Body Fat: 4.3%
BMI: down 3.6%

Ok so that's 18.5" and 19.2lbs in 7 weeks.  And I got myself some "Smooth Move" tea to hopefully move things along...
