Dinner Tonight
Have you ever been hungry at dinner time and then you're tired and you don't feel like cooking and your 4-year old says she wants McDonalds and pizza and ice cream for dinner and you can totally rationalize it but you know you took ground beef out to defrost? And you're supposed to be on a low carb diet. And you just blogged about being annoyed at yourself for going off your plan?
Ugh. Yea. That was me tonight.
I held my ground. And I went to Google for help. "low carb ground beef recipes"
And I found this:

It only took about 15 minutes, not even. And it was SO good. That's "cheater's" cauliflower rice. I call it "cheater's" because I use SIB (Steam in Bag) Cauliflower, cook it for 2 minutes and then rice it in the food processor before cooking it the rest of the way in a pan an adding seasoning.
The 4-year old was happy with grilled cheese, a plum and peach.
So if you're looking for something quick and easy, I recommend this one!! Thanks Google! LOL!
