Establishing Goals
When I started Ideal Protein (the protocol I followed last time and the reason why I learned that low carb works for me), I was almost 15lbs heavier than I am now and my baby was already 14 months old. I had been working out and dieting for 8 months and hadn't lost anything. Within my first 3 weeks of low carb, I was down 13lbs.
At that point, I established some goals for myself. I didn't do it right away because I was skeptical that following a low carb diet was going to be the answer to my struggle with losing weight. As the weight fell off, I knew I had found my answer.
So this time, I'm setting some short term and long term goals. I know that life gets in the way sometimes and last time I actually started to find myself afraid of food, which made things really stressful at times. I don't want to feel crazy again, hence the goals. Short term goals are a way to get to long term goals.
I figured I would share my goals with you:
Short Term
