Weigh In: Week 2

It was a rough week.  
Monday was the ice cream mistake...
Thursday was mom and dad's homemade lasagna and birthday cake...
I made those choices, I will deal with the consequences.

Since 6/4/2016

Weight: -0.9lbs
Inches: -4.25 total (arms, legs, stomach)


(To save you from clicking last week's entry: I gained 1.3lbs and lost 2 overall inches).

So I gained a little over a pound and I lost 2 more inches.  Most of those inches were in my waistline so while I made some mistakes that showed on the scale, low carb is doing what is does best--working off the inches.

Progress is progress, no matter how slow.

Tomorrow, my ChefV Cleanse is scheduled to be delivered. I had purchased it a while back and I had to use it before it expired.  I am doing the 3-day cleanse. I have to work on Tuesday so this might be interesting.  I will be documenting it here!
