Operation: 30lbs
Ok Team, this is now my second day of no "Restricted" food. For those of you who aren't sure what I'm talking about..."restricted" food is the IP packets/bars that I am only supposed to have once a day. These foods have more carbs. They are also the things I want the most like chocolate peanut butter bars, southwest cheese curls, strawberry wafers, peanut butter puffs...my typical dessert-y foods. Ya know, all the stuff that tastes really good.
So last night and tonight I had pudding. When I first started the diet I really didn't like the pudding. Now...I apparently don't mind it.
Fingers crossed! Drinking my "Smooth Move" tea too--'cause apparently I need that as well right now.
Come on, 30!
