Twas the Night Before Weigh In...
I'm not sure why I'm making this such a big deal...my goal was 30lbs by April 2nd...so I technically have a few more days but honestly I wanted to do it by this weigh in...
So I did my nightly weigh in...I know it's crazy but I weigh in every morning and every night to look for trends...
So um...not sure what's going on but...I got on the scale this morning and the scale said I had lost a little...like .4lbs or something...ok...sounds good...
So I got on the scale tonight...expecting to see my typical 2.5lb-3lb gain that I see by the end of every day and...um...the scale said the exact same thing it said this morning.
"What the..."
Yea that's what I said as I stepped off and looked at the read out. I stepped back on...same...seriously?
It was a nice boost...we'll see tomorrow...maybe the scale is broken. But if it isn't I somehow managed to lose 3lbs today...I know the "smooth move" helps move things along but really?
