Weigh In: Week 8

I lost 4lbs this week.    So that's 23.2lbs in 8 weeks!  I also lost inches!! YAY!!

Totals: 23.2lbs
Chest: 2.75"
Waist: 7.75"
Hips: 3.75"
Thigh: 4"
Arm: 1.75" 
Body Fat: 4.3%
BMI: down 4%

I am relatively pleased with this.  I had hoped to see 5 or 6lbs but that would require me to take off all of my clothes and for it to be 6:30am.  Uh yea, so I'll just keep track of my unofficial weigh in vs the official weigh in...all that really matters is that the inches are coming off and the weight is coming down and hopefully the cholesterol, sugar and triglycerides are too!
