Weigh In: Week 13

I think it's week 13...I was on vacation for week 12 and I weighed in the day before I left to make sure I met my 30lbs goal...

So for the purposes of this weigh in, I am skipping week 12 and that Monday weigh in and using the measurements from 3/28/13, which was week 11.

Ok, blah blah blah, get to it Annie!!

I lost 6lbs.  I lost in my chest, waist, hips and arms this week.  I am very pleased with the results!

Totals: 34.5lbs lost
Chest: 4"
Waist: 8.25"
Hips: 4"
Thigh: 4"
Arm: 1.75
Body Fat: 7.4%
BMI: down 5.6% or 28%
