Weigh In: Week 15

After stressing out all week and not going to the bathroom today I wasn't excited for this weigh in...I figured that since it was the end of the day, without going to the bathroom since yesterday at 6:30pm I might have had a gain.  I was very pleased when I saw a 1.5lb loss.  

I lost .5" in my waist and 1/8th of an inch in my thigh, but I didn't count it.  I wish I had taken full body measurements before starting since we only measure one arm and one thigh..I guess it could double the numbers to get a full estimate of inches lost.

I guess it wasn't so bad after all.  I just didn't feel in control this week.

Waist: 8.75"
Hips: 4"
Left Thigh: 4"
Left Arm: 1.75
Body Fat: 7.4%
BMI: down to 27.7%
