Week 1: Weigh In

Drum roll please....

At the end of 1 week on the Ideal Protein Diet...

I have lost:
3 inches in my waist (at my belly button which is the roundest area)
1 inch in my chest
1 inch in my hips

For a grand total of 5 inches and...
....
....
wait for it...

8.2lbs

My first goal is 30lbs.  That will bring me back down to my 2007 weight.  To get to my 2006 weight will require about another 15-20 but we'll see what I need to do when I get to 30 down.
