Week 2: Weigh In

So in week 2 I lost 3.2lbs and .5" in my waist, .25 in my arms, 1" in my chest, 1" in my hips and 2% body fat.

Totals: 11.4lbs
Chest: 2"
Waist: 3.5"
Hips: 2"
Body Fat: 2%
BMI: down 2%

I'd say not too bad for two weeks!!
