Weekend #2

This is my second weekend on the IP diet.

I knew that it was going to be harder on the weekend.  I'm home, I sleep later, I'm taking care of the baby and I lose track of time.  I haven't been tempted, I think it's just harder to take care of myself when I'm home.

This weekend has been 110% better than last weekend!  First, I wasn't light headed and second, I didn't cheat.  Well, not intentionally.  I did have 1/2 extra of a restricted yesterday.  And I had more oil yesterday, which shouldn't be an issue but I actually wonder if that is why I felt...heavier all day yesterday.  Or maybe it was because I ate breakfast at 9:30, lunch at 2, snack at 5, dinner at 7...and I drank all of my water but I feel like I didn't go to the bathroom a lot...and I'm also taking an antibiotic for my upper respiratory infection.
I have read that antibiotics can halt weight loss.  Today I will be sticking to it a little more closely to see if I can move the scale again.  And I know my coach told me that I shouldn't use my scale because I will drive myself crazy and LOOK!  I just wrote a whole paragraph trying to justify why I might not have lost weight today.

UGH.

I tried the omelette mix today for breakfast--I made it with pepper and onions.  It was actually really good and much better than the herb omelette mix that I tried last week.  I prefer the plain and adding my own spices.  The herb omelette was OK but it was hard to eat after a while...

Well, now I have a baby on my lap so that's all for now!!
