Week 3: Weigh In

So in week 3 I lost 2.5lbs and 1.5" in my waist, .75" in my chest, .5" in my thigh.

Totals: 14lbs
Chest: 2.75"
Waist: 5"
Hips: 2"
Thigh: 2"
Arm: .25" 
Body Fat: 2.2%
BMI: down 2.4%

Much better than I thought!!!
